Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of finalform.bio (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. By creating an account, browsing the Site past the entry verification, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Final Form Research LLC (“Final Form,” “we,” “us”) are Research Use Only (RUO). They are intended solely for laboratory, analytical, or educational research use and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, drug development, or any clinical or therapeutic application. Nothing on this Site, and nothing in these Terms, should be read as dosing guidance, medical advice, or an endorsement of human or animal use.

2. Who May Purchase

You must be at least 21 years old and either a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution or laboratory. Every visitor is required to confirm this at entry, and every account is required to sign a liability release at registration before an order can be placed. We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to the Site or any account for noncompliance with these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

We do not currently process card payments. Orders are paid directly to us through one of the payment methods shown at checkout (which may include PayPal Friends & Family, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or cryptocurrency, depending on availability). An order is placed on hold once submitted and is not confirmed until we have verified receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot verify payment for within a reasonable time.

4. No Unauthorized Resale

You may not resell, repackage, or relabel any product purchased through this Site unless you are a Final Form-approved reseller acting under a separate reseller agreement with us. Approved resellers may only sell under the terms of that agreement and remain subject to these Terms for any purchase they make directly from Final Form.

5. Compliance With Law

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local law in your jurisdiction, including United States export control law. Final Form makes no representation that any product is lawful to possess or use in every jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to verify this before ordering.

6. Certificates of Analysis

Every batch we sell is independently tested by a third-party laboratory before it is listed for sale, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is published for each lot. Products awaiting their first certificate are marked “Coming soon” and cannot be purchased until testing is complete. See our Batch Verification page and COA archive for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

You accept all risk and liability arising from your handling, storage, and use of any product after purchase, and you release Final Form Research LLC and its owners and affiliates from any liability arising from that use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Final Form is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
