What is Final Form?

Final Form Research LLC supplies research-use-only (RUO) peptides to qualified laboratories, universities, and research institutions. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or any clinical application.

Who can order from Final Form?

Every visitor must confirm they are at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research institution or laboratory, before the site unlocks. An account is required, and every account requires a signed liability release at registration.

How do I pay for an order?

We don’t have card payment processing set up yet. Orders are currently paid via PayPal (Friends & Family), Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or Bitcoin, depending on what’s shown at checkout. Your order is placed on hold until we manually confirm payment, then moved to processing.

How do I find a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for my order?

Every batch we sell is independently tested before it’s listed. Look up a certificate by lot number in our COA archive, or see Batch Verification for how it works.

Can I order a single vial to test before buying wholesale?

Yes. Most products offer a “Testing Vial” option on the product page as an alternative to a full kit. Testing Vials are priced and sold individually and are meant for your own independent, third-party verification before you commit to a wholesale order. See our Quality Standards page for more on third-party testing.

Do you work with resellers?
